IEEE C57.19.03-2005 pdf free.IEEE Standard Requirements,Terminology, and Test Code for Bushings for DC Applications一Corrigendum 1.
This corrigendum corrects errors in IEEE Sid C57.19.03-l996.
1.2 Purpose
This standard defines the special terms used, service conditions, rating, general requirements, electrical insulation characteristics, and test procedure for the bushings tbr dc applications. This corrigendum corrects errors in the initial publication of this standard.
2. Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition citcd applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments or corrigenda) applies.
IEEE Std C57.19.03-1996, IEEE Standard Requirements, Terminology, and Test Code for Bushings for DC Applications.
The editing instructions are shown in bold italic. Four editing instructions are used: change, delete. insert, and replace. change is used to make corrections in existing text or tables, The editing instruction specifics the location of the change and describes what is being changed by using trikeihrough (to remove old material) and underscore (to add new material). Delete removes existing material. insert adds new material without disturbing the existing material. Insertions may require renumbering. If so. renumbering instructions are given in the editing instructIon. Replace is used to make changes in figures or equations by removing the existing figure or equation and replacing it with a new one. Editorial notes will not be carried over into future editions because the changes will be incorporated into the base standard.
5. Rating
5.3 Rated dielectric strength
5.3.3 Rated chopped-wave lightning-impulse voltage change the text in 5.3.3 a.s shown:
The rated chopped-wave lightning-impulse voltage is the crest value of a standard 1.2 x 50 ps impulse voltage, which a new bushing shall be capable of withstanding for a spccificd time from the start of the wave at virtual time zero until flashover of a rod gap or coordinating gap occurs when tested under the conditions specified in 3-33 U2.
5.3.4 Rated switching-impulse voltage
5.3.4.1 Rated wet switching-impulse voltage Change the text in 5.34.1 ax shown:
The rated wet switching-impulse voltage is the crest value of a 250 2500 is switching-impulse voltage wave, which a new bushing shall be capable of withstanding when tested under the conditions specified in 7.2.4.1 .IEEE C57.19.03 pdf free download.
